1. Introduction & Acceptance
1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ankdharra website, mobile application and related services (the “Platform”). By using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy (linked below). If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
1.2. When we refer to “we”, “us” or “Ankdharra” in these Terms, we mean Adi Param Shakti LLP (operating under the brand name “Ankdharra”). When we refer to “you” or “User” we mean any person who accesses or uses the Platform.
1.3. These Terms apply to all features of the Platform including: numerology, astrology, vastu, tarot reading, DIY/self-generated reports, consultations with registered experts, and sale of products (collectively, “Services”).
2. Changes to the Terms
2.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will post the revised Terms on the Platform with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the new Terms.
3. Privacy
3.1. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available separately on the Platform. By using the Platform you consent to our collection, storage and processing of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
3.2. Short summary: we collect the minimum personal details needed to provide Services (for example name, date/time/place of birth for horoscopes, contact details, payment information). Sensitive personal data should not be submitted unless explicitly requested and consented to. For full details see the Privacy Policy.
4. Eligibility & Account Registration
4.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts under Indian law to register for and use the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of someone else you confirm you have authority to do so.
4.2. To use certain Services you must create an account and provide accurate, current and complete information. Keep your account details and login credentials secure and up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4.3. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach by contacting contact@ankdharra.com.
5. Services Offered
5.1. Numerology, Astrology, Vastu, Tarot — We offer system-generated tools, written reports, and connections to registered experts for live consultations (chat, audio or video) as described on the Platform.
5.2. Self-Generated Report Feature — The Platform provides a digital self-service tool (the “Self-Generated Report” or “Self-Service Tool”) that allows Users to enter personal data (for example: name, date/time/place of birth) and receive an automatically generated numerology or horoscope-style report.
5.2.1. Viewing vs. Downloading: Some Self-Generated Report previews may be viewable without charge. Downloading, printing, saving or exporting any report requires payment of the applicable fee.
5.2.2. Accuracy: Self-Generated Reports are produced automatically from the inputs you provide. You are responsible for ensuring your input data is accurate. We do not guarantee correctness, fitness for any purpose, or specific outcomes from Self-Generated Reports.
5.3. Registered Experts / Consultations — For astrology, vastu, tarot and some numerology services, we list qualified experts (Service Providers) on the Platform. These experts are independent professionals who set or accept assignments via the Platform.
5.3.1. Ankdharra acts only as a facilitator for introductions, scheduling and payment processing. Experts are not employees or agents of Ankdharra unless expressly stated otherwise.
5.4. E-commerce (Products) — We may sell physical and digital products related to numerology, astrology, vastu and related fields. Product descriptions, prices and availability are provided on the Platform; these are subject to change.
6. Payments, Pricing & “No Refund” Policy
6.1. All fees and payment terms for Services and products are displayed on the Platform at the time of purchase. Prices may include applicable taxes where indicated.
6.2. We use third-party payment providers to process payments. By making a payment you authorize these providers to debit the relevant account and you agree to the provider’s terms.
6.3. No Refunds: Unless otherwise expressly stated on a specific service page or promotional offer, all purchases — including Self-Generated Reports (once paid), consultation fees, and product purchases — are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming payment.
6.4. Duplicate payments or technical payment failures: if you believe a duplicate payment has occurred, notify us immediately at contact@ankdharra.com with transaction details. We will investigate and, if confirmed, follow our internal process to resolve. Any resolution remains subject to clause 6.3.
6.5. Refund exceptions (rare): In exceptional circumstances where a refund is permitted (for example clear technical failure preventing service delivery), decision and remedy will be at Ankdharra’s sole discretion.
7. Use of Self-Generated Reports & Copyright
7.1. Generated reports and all Platform content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
7.2. Reproduction, distribution, public performance, creation of derivative works, resale or exploitation of any Platform content for commercial purposes is prohibited unless you obtain our express written permission.
8. Expert Consultations — Disclaimers & User Responsibility
8.1. Opinions, advice and predictions provided by experts on the Platform are the experts’ own. Ankdharra does not guarantee or endorse the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any expert’s advice.
8.2. The Services (including Self-Generated Reports and expert consultations) are intended for personal, reflective, spiritual or entertainment purposes and do not constitute medical, legal, financial or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical, legal, financial or other specialised matters.
8.3. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a medical emergency, or have suicidal thoughts, contact local emergency services or an appropriate helpline immediately. The Platform is not a substitute for emergency services.
8.4. You accept full responsibility for decisions or actions you take based on information obtained from the Platform or from an expert.
9. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
9.1. You agree not to use the Platform to:
a. submit false, misleading or fraudulent information;
b. harass, threaten, intimidate or defame any person;
c. upload or distribute content that is unlawful, obscene, pornographic, discriminatory, violent, promotes harm, or exploits minors;
d. promote or participate in black magic, witchcraft, trafficking, illegal activities, or any activity prohibited by law;
e. infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights;
f. attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, other accounts, or computer systems;
g. interfere with the security or operation of the Platform; or
h. solicit Users or Experts to move communications or payments off-platform in order to avoid Platform fees.
9.2. We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove or refuse any content or user that violates these Terms or our community standards.
10. Marketplace & Third-Party Links
10.1. The Platform may include links to third-party websites, tools or services. Linked sites are not under our control. We are not responsible for their content, practices or policies. Use such third-party services at your own risk.
10.2. When you purchase products or services from third parties through the Platform, the terms of sale are between you and the seller. Ankdharra’s liability in such transactions is limited to facilitating the transaction as described on the Platform.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All Platform content — text, graphics, logos, images, software, reports and other materials — are owned or licensed by Ankdharra and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws.
11.2. “Ankdharra”, the Ankdharra logo and other trademarks used on the Platform are owned by Adi Param Shakti LLP. You may not use our marks without prior written permission.
11.3. By submitting user-generated content (reviews, messages, images) you grant Ankdharra a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content for the purposes of providing, promoting and improving the Platform.
12. Account Security & Suspension
12.1. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorized use.
12.2. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or for operational reasons. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred before termination.
13. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
13.1. No warranties: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform and Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
13.2. Limitation of liability: Except where prohibited by law, Ankdharra’s total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Ankdharra in the 6 months preceding the claim (or ₹5,000 if no payment was made).
13.3. In no event will Ankdharra be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, exemplary or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill), even if advised of their possibility.
13.4. Nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
14. Indemnification
14.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ankdharra, its affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or your negligence or willful misconduct.
15. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
15.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon (Haryana), India.
15.2. Before initiating any legal proceedings, parties should attempt to resolve disputes by contacting support@ankdharra.com. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent interlocutory relief from a competent court.
16. Termination of Services
16.1. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance.
16.2. Your access may be terminated for breach of these Terms. Termination does not affect rights or liabilities that arose before termination.
17. Refunds and Cancellations (Supplement)
17.1. As stated in Section 6, the Platform follows a no-refund policy for the majority of Services and products. Please check service descriptions carefully before purchase.
17.2. If a booked live consultation fails due to a Platform technical error or a confirmed failure on our side to connect you to an expert, contact support with evidence and we will attempt to provide a remedy which may include rescheduling or, at our discretion, credit for future services.
18. Safety, Sensitive Content & Reporting
18.1. We prohibit content that exploits minors, promotes violence, hate speech, or otherwise violates applicable law. Any such content if discovered will be removed and reported to authorities as required.
18.2. To report abuse, suspicious activity, or a breach of these Terms, email contact@ankdharra.com with full details. We take reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
19. Notices
19.1. We may send notices by email to the address you provide or by posting notices on the Platform. Notices to Ankdharra should be sent to: contact@ankdharra.com or to the registered office address above.
20. Miscellaneous
20.1. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
20.2. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies posted on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ankdharra regarding the Platform.
